Overview

The Profile section within User Management is the first point of interaction for a user to update and manage personal and company information. This personalization ensures the user’s experience on the threat intelligence platform is tailored and relevant.

Accessing the Profile Section

To access the Profile section, users should:

  1. Log into the threat intelligence platform.
  2. Navigate to the top right corner and click on their username.
  3. Select “Account Management” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the “Profile” tab on the left sidebar within the account management panel.

Managing Profile Information

In the Profile section, users can:

  • Update Personal Information:
    • Account Name: The unique identifier for the user within the platform.
    • Email: The primary contact email for the account.
    • First Name: The user’s given name.
    • Last Name: The user’s surname or family name.
  • Update Company Information:

    • Company Name: The name of the business or organization the user is affiliated with.
    • Department: The specific department within the organization that the user is part of.
    • Users can click on “Save Change” after making their modifications to update their profile information.
