Overview
The subscription module allows users to manage their licensing and subscription details within the threat intelligence platform. This section provides information about the current subscription status, options to upgrade, and details about the subscription expiration.
Accessing Subscription Information
- User Profile Access
- Click on the username located at the top right corner of the platform’s interface.
- From the dropdown, select “Account Management” to open the account management dialogue box.
- Navigating to Subscription Details
- Within the account management box, users will find a sidebar on the left.
- Click on the “Subscription” button to access the subscription information area.
Subscription Information Page
- Current Subscription Status
- The page will display the current subscription status, clearly indicating whether the user is on a trial or a paid plan.
- The specific type of license (e.g., Trial admin license) and its active status are displayed at the top.
- The expiration date and time of the current subscription are prominently shown.
- Protection Duration
- The remaining duration of protection under the current license is indicated in days.
- Upgrade Options
- A call-to-action button is provided to “Upgrade Subscription” for users to easily transition to a premium plan.
- Upgrading offers enhanced features and capabilities, access to advanced threat intelligence tools, and comprehensive network security solutions.
